Order Processing

We carefully prepare and ship all orders within two business days after the order is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

The two-business-day processing period refers to the time required to prepare and transfer your order to the shipping carrier. Delivery times begin after the carrier receives the package and may vary based on the destination and shipping service.

Order Accuracy and Packaging

We take great care when selecting, checking, and packaging every order. Because many of our products are made from natural stone, crystal, or other delicate materials, each item is packaged carefully to help protect it during transit.

We also review orders for accuracy before shipment. Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery and contact us if anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect.

Products Damaged During Shipping

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the damaged product

• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

After reviewing the claim, we will either issue a refund for the damaged product or send a replacement. Replacements are subject to product availability. If the product is no longer in stock, a refund will be provided instead.

Please retain the damaged product and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed, as photographs or additional information may be required to complete the claim.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
